Tyrel came to me looking for help in getting abs, so that's what we did. With personal 1 on 1 training he learned how to correctly exercise while optmizing for the most muscle growth. He also learned proper macro counts and learned to eat healthier while feeling more confident.
For the last 20 weeks, Farren and I have been working together with a massive goal in mind. She wanted to prepare for a boudoir shoot. My Story
It's hard to post photos of my lowest point, but I feel the need to share this message. I was down and depressed during the pandemic, eating unhealthy and unmotivated to lift weights. Something had to change.
This is me 4 months later. Down 26lb's, lost quite a few pounds and put on some heavy muscle. I'm more confident when I go out now and my mental health has completely switched for the better. Let me help you do the same.
