My Story

During the pandemic, I hit a low point. My routine fell apart, my nutrition slipped, and I lost the drive to train. It affected more than just my physique — it impacted my mindset too.
I wasn’t proud of where I was, but I knew staying there wasn’t an option. At some point, I had to take responsibility and decide that things needed to shift.
That moment of honesty with myself is what started the turnaround.

Down 26 pounds, noticeably leaner, and carrying more solid muscle than before. The physical change is obvious — but the mental shift is what really stands out to me.
I feel sharper, more confident when I walk into a room, and in a much better place mentally. My energy is higher, my discipline is back, and I feel like myself again.
