It’s not easy sharing photos from a time when I wasn’t at my best, but I think it’s important to be real about the journey.

During the pandemic, I hit a low point. My routine fell apart, my nutrition slipped, and I lost the drive to train. It affected more than just my physique — it impacted my mindset too.

I wasn’t proud of where I was, but I knew staying there wasn’t an option. At some point, I had to take responsibility and decide that things needed to shift.

That moment of honesty with myself is what started the turnaround.
