Hi! I'm Jeanos

I’m a 36-year-old coach based in Vancouver, Canada — and yes, I’m proudly owning that number. I’ve spent years building not just my physique, but a lifestyle around strength, discipline, and balance.

Fitness isn’t just something I do… it’s part of who I am. I’ve competed in bodybuilding, pushed through intense prep phases, learned the hard lessons about dieting too aggressively, and came out the other side understanding what actually works long term. That experience shaped how I coach today.

I’m passionate about lifting heavy, building muscle, staying lean, and helping everyday people transform their bodies without extreme dieting or sacrificing their favorite foods. I don’t believe in 1,200-calorie crash plans. I believe in smart macros, progressive overload, consistency, and building confidence inside and outside the gym.

Outside of coaching, I’m big on enjoying life. Good food, family time, gaming with my brother, relaxing with my girlfriend, and appreciating the small wins most people overlook. I’m a twin, family means everything to me, and I carry that same loyalty and care into how I work with my clients.

As an online fitness coach and personal trainer, I focus on helping busy men and women lose fat, build muscle, and create a sustainable routine they can actually stick to. My programs are built around structure, accountability, and real support — I check in daily because I genuinely care how you’re doing, not just what the scale says.

At the end of the day, I’m not just here to help people look better. I’m here to help them feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their health for life.

That’s me — coach, lifter, gamer, family guy, and someone who truly believes you can change your body without changing who you are. 💪

Are you seeing double?
I'm a twin!

Which basically means I’ve had a built-in training partner and lifelong competitor since day one.

They say great things come in pairs… and honestly, growing up as a twin teaches you a lot. You learn how to compete, how to push harder, how to laugh at yourself, and how to always level up because someone right beside you is doing the same.

Let me introduce you to my brother, Julian. We’ve shared everything from childhood chaos to gym sessions, gaming battles, and life lessons. There’s always been that silent challenge between us — who can lift more, work harder, stay sharper. It definitely shaped my mindset and work ethic.

He keeps me grounded, keeps me laughing, and reminds me that no matter how serious training gets, life is meant to be enjoyed too.

And before anyone asks… yes, he’s taken. So the applications are closed. 😄

My Journey

For as long as I can remember, my relationship with my body wasn’t easy. Even as a kid, I struggled with my weight. I know what it feels like to be frustrated, to compare yourself to others, and to try every new diet hoping this one will finally be the one that works.

I’ve done the extreme approaches. I’ve under-eaten. I’ve over-trained. I’ve chased quick fixes. And I’ve felt that disappointment when the scale doesn’t move — or when it does, only to bounce right back up.

What changed for me wasn’t another trendy diet. It was learning how my body actually works. Understanding calories, macros, muscle building, and consistency. Building strength instead of just trying to shrink myself. That’s when everything shifted.

I’ve gone through the frustrating trial-and-error phase so you don’t have to. I’ve made the mistakes, learned the lessons, and built a system that’s sustainable — not miserable.

But here’s the honest part: no one can take the first step for you. You have to decide you’re ready. You have to be willing to ask for help and commit to the process.

And when you are? I’ll be right there with you. 💪

Quarantine Weight
There's always hope

Let’s be real — when the world shut down and we were all stuck at home, routines disappeared. Gyms closed, structure vanished, and comfort food became a little too comforting. I wasn’t immune to that.

My motivation dipped. My eating habits slipped. And over time, it started affecting more than just how I looked — it impacted my energy, my confidence, and my mental health too.

Sharing photos from that period isn’t easy. No one loves putting their lowest moments on display. But I believe in transparency. I think it’s important to show the full picture — not just the highlight reel — because transformation is real, and it’s possible.

Those before-and-after photos aren’t about perfection. They’re proof. Proof that you can rebuild. Proof that discipline can be relearned. Proof that consistency beats motivation every time.

If I could pull myself out of that place, you can too. It doesn’t happen overnight — but when you commit, stay patient, and trust the process, the results will come.

Staying active

I’m a big believer that some of the best conversations — and best memories — happen outside.

In the warmer months, you’ll usually find me out on the golf course with the boys. There’s just something about being out there for a few hours — walking the course, lining up a shot, a little friendly trash talk — that makes it the perfect mix of competition and relaxation.

Golf, for me, isn’t just about the score. It’s about the time spent outdoors, the laughs between holes, and unplugging from the busy grind of work and life. Fresh air, green fairways, good company — that’s my kind of reset.

Staying active doesn’t always have to mean crushing a workout. Sometimes it’s just about moving, enjoying the day, and appreciating the balance.

Love video games

I’ve been a gamer since day one. I grew up on Nintendo — and if I’m being honest, The Legend of Zelda will probably always be my all-time favorite. That game was childhood for me. Adventure, strategy, leveling up… maybe that’s where my love for progression started.

These days, I’m still just as competitive — just on different battlefields. I run games like Fortnite, League of Legends, Arc Raiders, Diablo IV, and World of Warcraft. Whether it’s grinding ranked, running raids, or just hopping on for some chaos with friends, I’m in.

Gaming, for me, is more than just playing. It’s strategy, teamwork, discipline, and a little bit of trash talk — all things that weirdly translate into training too.

So if you lift… and you game? We’ll probably get along just fine.

Drop your tag. Let’s run it. 🎮💪

Changing lives
more than just an awesome coach

More than just a coach.

I genuinely believe I have one of the best jobs in the world. I get to wake up every day and do something I’m passionate about — helping people transform not just their bodies, but their confidence and mindset too. That never gets old to me.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible clients. And somewhere along the way, many of them became more than clients — they became real friendships. When you work closely with someone through challenges, setbacks, wins, and breakthroughs, that bond is different.

If you choose to start your fitness journey with me, you won’t just get a workout plan and macros. You’ll get someone in your corner. Someone who checks in, who listens, who holds you accountable, and who celebrates your progress with you.

I’ll guide you like a coach — and support you like a friend — every step of the way. 💪
